Our Story.
Tavolin Investments Pvt Ltd was duly established on 7 November 2014 in terms of the laws of Zimbabwe by a dedicated team of professionals with a wealth of experience in the construction industry.
The organization has partnerships with various strategic players in the construction industry which has improved its capacity to carry out even huge projects through joint ventures.
Our Vision.
We seek to be the preferred service provider in the construction industry in Zimbabwe. Our goal is to apply our passionate thinkers and creative team to work closely with each client to create unique, creative strategies that produce effective results. We strive to nurture Tavolin into an internationally preferred and sought-after engineering company.

Tavolin is contributing to industry in numerous construction disciplines, from, Design and Build, Project Management, Property Maintenance, Building Construction, Renovations and Additions, Driveway construction, Minor civil works, Electronic Security Systems. ALBERT MAVUNGA
General Manager
(MRICS) MBA-UZ, MSc (QS)-Hariot-Watt University
Albert has a wealth of experience in construction industry of over 10 years. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a leading international body for qualications and standards in land and property construction.
He has worked for various organisations in different capacities among them, EC Marodza & Associates Chartered Quantity Surveyors as a Senior Quantity Surveyors, Sunway City Property Developers as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Executive Assistant: Business Development at Masimba Construction formerly Murray & Roberts Construction Zimbabwe.
Albert has managed a number of projects from inception to completion in Zimbabwe, notable the Joshua Nkomo International Airport, Bindura Nickel Mine (various projects), Mimosa Mining (various projects) to mention only a few.

JONATHAN GORORO
Contracts Manager
(Bsc Eng (Civil) – NUST)
Jonathan has over 16 years' experience in the Civil and Water Sector. Experience was attained in the design and construction of dams, construction of concrete structures for housing infrastructure, heavy and mining industry, repair of concrete structures, road construction, sewer and water reticulation for housing development and lastly but not least in the design of various structures.
He has worked for various organisations in different capacities from student attaché, rising through the ranks to Project Management at the following organisations Zimbabwe National Water Authority, GTT Construction and Masimba Holdings.

AUGUSTINE AJENTO
Finance Manager

Augustine has over 10 years wealth of experience gained in the Properties and nancial sectors. He is a founding Director responsible for all nancial issues of the organisation.
He has worked for Old Mutual Properties as an Accounting and Admin Ofcer from 2000 to 2003, worked for Fairvest Real Estate from 2004 to 2007 as its Group Financial Accountant and also worked for MJB Electrical as an Accountant in 2007 until he joined Tavolin Investments in October 2018.

Architectural Designer

With more than 8 years' experience of Architectural Design, Tatenda has a strong background in the design of residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and institutional projects.
A designer driven by passion for space creation, whose design solutions feature continuous exploration of new forms and stretching the boundaries in keeping up with the ever-evolving technology in construction dynamics whilst maintaining authenticity of the design, materials and the overall look and feel of the design.
Focus is directed on innovative and sustainable designs of various styles from traditional to contemporary, crafted to suit the client's needs.
KUDAKWASHE MUPINDU
Foreman
(Civil Engineering) Diploma-Bulawayo Polytechnic College )
Kudakwashe is responsible for the supervision of projects from start to completion. He has a wealth of experience in building and civil engineering works. He has more than 7 years' experience at supervisory level.
